Quick Experience
Get yourself a class 1 battleship, then head to Falaise de Fleur fort before completing the reconnaisance there at the beginning of the game. Keep on bombarding the fort for quick experience. Note that you won't be able to land as the game requires the town intact for the following mission. Each salvo from your ship will earn you approximately 8000 experience! Repair in nearby port and come back for fast level up.
