8-ball's floating head
When doing mission "Bomb da Base - Act 1" for Salvatore, go to 8-ball and talk to him. After you talk to him, he will start following you because he does the mission with you. Kill 8-ball with any gun you have. Talk to him again and the only thing he will have is a floating head.
