Anyway....Go to bloodgluch level and make sure to put all vehicles on, next there is a tree that has no leaves and is all branches - it is on the blue side. Now grab a tank and park it RIGHT beside the tree and try to jump up into the tree forks...but first stock up on ammo so you don't get your butt blown out by the other tank that your friend is probably in. And keep trying all the trees, because I have not experimented with the rest, but anyway it really works.
