Easter egg!

Go to the armoury in legendary mode. When the sargent asks you to get on the elevator, don't do it. Wait for him to say, "Do I have to ask you nicely to get on?". Get on the elevator, turn around to face the door, hold down X, and look up. Keep looking up and holding X until the elevator stops. The easter egg will appear near the green crates. This easter egg will make your enemies more aware of your position when you are hiding.
