The Long Jump
Collect a lot of fragmentation grenades and put them in front of a warthog. Then climb on the gunner and throw a plasma grenade in front of the warthog where the fragmenatation are. Jump back before the plasma explodes and press the x button exactly at the time which the fragmetation grenades explodes. It is difficult to do it but keep trying.
